DEMO Business Name LLC collects only what we need to sell gear and run our prize drops.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone (optional), state, and a shipping address when gear ships. Payment details go straight to our payment processor and are never stored on this site.

How we use it

To fill your order, issue and email your entry numbers, send you a sign-in link when you ask for one, contact a winner, and keep the records the law requires for prize promotions.

What we publish

Only a short label: first name, last initial and state (for example "Jordan M. · TX"). That label appears next to entry numbers in the draw show, on the verify page and for winners. Emails and phone numbers are never shown publicly.

How we store it

Your contact details are kept in a separate customer database from the drop and order records, with its own access controls. The drop records only hold a customer number.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

Ask us to see or delete your information. Records tied to a completed draw are kept as long as the law requires.
