Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases on this website, sold by DEMO Business Name LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying

You are buying the gear listed on each drop page, such as apparel, hats or range bags, at the price shown. That gear is the product. Each purchase also includes bonus entries into that drop's prize giveaway, as a free promotional extra.

No purchase is ever needed to enter or win. Every drop has a free, no-purchase way to enter, explained on the drop page and in the official rules, and a no-purchase entry has the same chance per entry as a bonus entry. Buying gear does not improve the odds of any single entry. Each drop's official rules control the giveaway.

Orders and delivery

Gear ships, or is ready for pickup, after the drop's entry period ends, unless the drop page says otherwise. Your confirmation email lists your order and your entry numbers.

Returns and refunds

Unused, unworn gear may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. If an order is refunded before the entry period ends, its bonus entries are removed. Refunds after the winner is drawn do not change the result.

Eligibility

To receive bonus entries or enter for free, you must meet the age and residency requirements in that drop's official rules. Firearm prizes are transferred only through a federally licensed dealer (FFL), after the winner passes the required background check and meets all federal, state and local requirements.

Fair play

Automated entries, entering under more than one identity or email, and any attempt to tamper with the site or the draw void all of your entries. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these terms.

The draw

Winners are chosen at random by the provably fair method described on each drop's verify page. The on-screen draw show displays that result.
